1.purpose and working principle
本機用于金礦的氰化浸出
鋅粉質換提金工藝中，是氰化浸出后的礦漿進行固液分離洗滌作業的*用設備，并用于鈾礦水冶、輕工、化工、環保工業的脫水作業，它具有占地面積小，節省能耗、簡化工藝配置、減少輔助設備操作方便等特點。

nsl-66型試驗室濃縮機是采用濕式選礦的選后產品（礦漿）進行脫水的一種設備，由濃縮池和機械刮泥耙組成。進入濃縮池的礦漿其固體礦粒在自身重力的作用下沉降于池底，實現固液分離，沉積于池底的礦泥被刮泥耙連續不斷地集到中心排礦口排成，而澄清水由池邊溢流口溢出，達到脫水濃縮的目的。
laboratory thickening e model nsl-66 which is designed for dehydration of producfs(ore slurry)after wet type ore separation is composed of thickening tank and mechanical scraper rake. the solid ore grains in the slurry inside thickening tank sedimentate on the tank bottom under gravity. ln this way, solid-liquid separation is realized. the sludge deposit on tank bottom will be continuously scraped by scraper rake to central discharge port at which is discharged. and then, clear water will flow out from overtlow port at the tank. at this point, dehydration and thickening is realized.

三、傳動過程及結構
3.transmission process and structure
nsl-66型試驗室濃縮機由濃縮池、減速裝置、提耙裝置、進料槽等組成。

傳動時由減速電機帶動主軸和耙架逆時針方向低速轉動，沉降礦粒被連續刮集到排礦石漏斗排出。

傳動提耙手輪，可以提升或下降耙架，當濃縮池內沉降的礦粒過厚埋住耙架而超載時，應轉動提耙手輪，將耙架從礦粒層中提起，載荷減輕后，又將耙架下降到工作位置。
