摘要:隨著經濟的發展，科學的進步，我國的冶金工程項目管理中存在的諸多問題,必須加強管理力度以及想出創新的辦法克制諸多問題的出現。本文主要闡述了在鋼鐵冶金類工程中在管理上所遇到的問題和挑戰,并結合項目的開始階段、規劃階段以及執行和竣工階段，提出了應對此類問題和挑戰的具體對策。

Abstract: With the development of economy, the progress of science, China metallurgical engineering project management exist many problems; we must strengthen the management strength and come up with an innovative approach to overcome many problems. This article mainly elaborated in the iron and steel metallurgy engineering in the management of the problems encountered and challenge; and combining the beginning phase of the project, planning and execution and completion stage, put forward to answer such questions and challenges countermeasures.

引言:近年來，由于我國經濟的快速發展，國內外涌現出了多家鋼鐵企業，它們的增長計劃與全球鋼鐵行業的興旺及終端用戶的高增長率保持一致。除了對老廠現有設施進行技術改造和產能擴建，各地區還出現了許多新建鋼鐵項目。然而從目前的執行角度來看，在項目管理上仍存在著一定的問題。如果能夠對此類工程中的項目管理進一步發展和完善，從容應對新的挑戰，將會驅動鋼鐵企業運作效率的持續提高，降低新項目成本，最終確保項目目標按時保質地達成。
